Guest Post… From Jodie Kershaw!

As many of you know we have a lovely group of people back home helping and supporting us across the miles!
One of those people has been Jodie Kershaw, who has been running around sourcing and collecting donations for ‘Auctions for Angel‘, an ongoing event that has contributed greatly to Angel’s appeal.

So, without me babbling on further (we have a 5k tomorrow for lung force … Andddd we’re super full from dinner at Olive Garden) here is a message from Jodie.

So – here goes! I currently have 6 boys camping in the garden & have just started this week’s auctions – This week we have Calvin Klein gift set, Whiskey, Dinner at the Roebuck & A fully loaded picnic basket! Can’t thank everyone enough for their continued support whether you are a bidder or a donator & I hope you will help us to make Angel’s home coming a great one with her big raffle on 12th October – we are still looking for raffle prizes so please get in touch if you can help or if you would like tickets. Dylan Taylor from Angel’s school is one of the boys camping out & was beaming with pride to read Angel’s message tonight – he’s looking forward to his swim so why not come along to Moor Park on Sunday at 11ish & support him? The boys touched me tonight when they said “ahhhh Angel still thinks about us”! Lastly Angel’s Angel Caroline Thompson gave birth today to her Son George – and is still supporting Angel in her Welcome Home party – come & join us for a Disco, Raffle & Tombola’s.

  1. Message for Jodie Kershaw via Angel’s blog!
Mrs Kershaw – all the work you are doing to support Angel’s Appeal is amazing – what a star you are. Hope the boys who were camping weren’t too wet last night. Please send personal good luck wishes from me to Dylan for the ‘big swim’ when you see him. Keep up the good work.
    Best wishes
    Jo Hirst
